La rotule glisse hors de sa position normale, causant une boiterie intermittente. On distingue 4 grades de gravit\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin:0 0 16px;padding-left:20px;color:#444;font-size:15px;line-height:1.8;\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:6px;\"><strong>Grade 1<\/strong> \u2014 luxation occasionnelle qui se remet en place spontan\u00e9ment, rarement douloureuse<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:6px;\"><strong>Grade 2<\/strong> \u2014 luxation plus fr\u00e9quente, la rotule peut \u00eatre remise manuellement, d\u00e9but d&#8217;inconfort<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:6px;\"><strong>Grade 3<\/strong> \u2014 la rotule est lux\u00e9e la majeure partie du temps, boiterie visible, chirurgie souvent recommand\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:6px;\"><strong>Grade 4<\/strong> \u2014 luxation permanente, d\u00e9formation du membre, chirurgie n\u00e9cessaire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-size:16px;line-height:1.8;color:#444;\">Les grades 1-2 peuvent souvent \u00eatre g\u00e9r\u00e9s avec du maintien du poids sant\u00e9 et des suppl\u00e9ments articulaires. Les grades 3-4 n\u00e9cessitent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une intervention chirurgicale (1 500 \u20ac \u2013 3 000 \u20ac par genou).<\/p>\n\n<h3 style=\"color:#001E6C;font-size:19px;font-weight:700;margin:20px 0 10px;\">Atrophie progressive de la r\u00e9tine (APR)<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size:16px;line-height:1.8;color:#444;\">L&#8217;APR est une maladie oculaire h\u00e9r\u00e9ditaire qui entra\u00eene une <strong>d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rescence progressive de la r\u00e9tine<\/strong>, pouvant mener \u00e0 la c\u00e9cit\u00e9. Il n&#8217;existe malheureusement pas de traitement, mais un test ADN fiable permet d&#8217;identifier les porteurs. Les sympt\u00f4mes incluent une raideur des membres post\u00e9rieurs, une r\u00e9ticence \u00e0 monter les escaliers et une diminution de l&#8217;activit\u00e9. Le maintien d&#8217;un poids sant\u00e9 et l&#8217;exercice mod\u00e9r\u00e9 sont les meilleures mesures pr\u00e9ventives.<\/p>\n\n<h3 style=\"color:#001E6C;font-size:19px;font-weight:700;margin:20px 0 10px;\">Probl\u00e8mes dentaires<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size:16px;line-height:1.8;color:#444;\">Les petites races comme le Caniche sont particuli\u00e8rement sujettes aux <strong>probl\u00e8mes dentaires<\/strong>. Leurs petites m\u00e2choires entra\u00eenent un encombrement des dents, favorisant l&#8217;accumulation de tartre et les maladies parodontales. Un brossage des dents r\u00e9gulier (2-3 fois par semaine) et des contr\u00f4les dentaires annuels sont essentiels.<\/p>\n\n<h3 style=\"color:#001E6C;font-size:19px;font-weight:700;margin:20px 0 10px;\">\u00c9pilepsie<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size:16px;line-height:1.8;color:#444;\">L&#8217;\u00e9pilepsie idiopathique peut affecter les Caniches, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement entre 1 et 5 ans. Les crises peuvent \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9es avec des m\u00e9dicaments anticonvulsivants.
